Hellgate Middle School hours are 8:25 am - 3:30 pm
If you are new to the Hellgate Elementary district - Welcome! Please come to the Building 4 office to enroll your new student. We will need you to bring the student's birth certificate, all immunization records, and your (guardian) proof of residency within the Hellgate district. Required enrollment papers will be given when you come in.
2024-2025 School Year
Immunizations:
All incoming 7th grade students will need to have a Tdap vaccination before September 3rd, 2024. For further information about this vaccination or any required immunizations please contact our campus nurse:

Sports:
All sports forms can be located on the STUDENT ACTIVITY tab. All sports forms must be completed and submitted to the school office prior to the student participation. All sports forms can be located on the Hellgate website. In order for your student to participate in Hellgate sports, we will need a completed sports physical dated after May 1, 2024 completed by a physician, a completed Parent Permission form, and a completed Concussion form. There are lots of places for signatures, initials, and information. Please review forms to make sure all forms are completed before submitting them to the school office.
INFINITE CAMPUS:
You are always able to review your student's performance, grades, and access your student's grade progress via work submitted and see student work outstanding on Infinite Campus. If you have concerns regarding student performance and behavioral issues, please feel free to contact your student's teachers via email through IC. If you have not set up your parent portal for Infinite Campus, please contact the office. We are happy to assist you in using this helpful tool!
Cell Phone reminder for parents and students
Student cell phones are to be turned off and put away when the 8:25am bell rings until the last bell of the day. If you need to reach your child, please feel free to call the office. If they need to call home, they can come to the office to do so. If you have any questions, please review guidelines in the student handbook (Agenda). Thank you for your understanding.
